Maurer range of Piston Provers
and Flow Meter Calibrators - (CALMETA series)

The CALMETA series of Meter Provers covers the flow range from 0.002LPM to 300M3/HR with pressure ratings to 350 Barg. Gas Proving systems to 150 Barg can be incorporated. The provers are engineered to meet all the stringent requirements of the API, IP and ISO Codes of Practice for Fiscal duties as well as high accuracy research in flow measurement.

The Maurer "Multistream" PC based software will allow for Direct Prover Calibration using double chronometry pulse interpolation, as well as Transfer Standard Proving using Multiple Stream addition. In this manner PD, Ultrasonic and large bore magnetic flow meters can also be traceably calibrated using the Calmeta range of Small Volume Provers (SVP).

Maurer designed and built the complete system for calibratiing water meters from 1/2" nb to 12" nb flow meters at the Soceite des Eaux du Nord.
